For more than 10 years, we have supported nearly a hundred companies as well as several professional federations in various and complex fields related to their social & HR policy or their social responsibility policy.
Who are we ?
Founded in April 2009 on the initiative of Jérôme Menesguen, AVENUE RH is an audit, consulting and training firm that offers the particularity of reconciling social engineering and HR in the service of corporate social responsibility strategy. AVENUE RH relies on a network of expert partners (lawyers, CAC, ergonomists, psychologists, consulting engineers) who regularly associate their respective skills in the framework of "project" missions to bring you advice and expertise with the utmost professionalism in the field. absolute respect for the codes of ethics to which they are subject.

About Jérôme Menesguen
Jérôme Menesguen worked for 11 years at Ernst & Young (Advisory - Business Law) and worked for 3 years on operational functions in the banking sector and the territorial executive sphere. He created AVENUE RH in 2009 and was founding partner of OnlyCSR (CSR rating company) from 2014 to 2018.
His fields of intervention are:

- Human Resources and Social Policy Engineering
- Performance of organizations and men
- Management of social law (in connection with AVENUE RH's partner lawyers)
- Management of intangible assets (acquisition audit)
He is co-owner of the first referential of the label of social responsibility in the Customer Relations sector (280,000 employees) -ported by AFNOR certification and has carried out numerous audits (over a hundred) in CSR in many public structures or private.
